Join us as we offer space for you to immerse yourself in quiet, calm and healing as you use this time to bring your awareness inwards, back to you. We begin with a moment to settle our stress levels, slow our breath and mind, release any tension and connect to ourselves, surrounded and nurtured by Sarahs chimes & sound bowl vibrations before softly swimming in candlelight and silence.
This time is dedicated to relaxation and gentle movement to help soothe the mind and body.
Please bring a yoga mat to settle on at the beginning of the session, swimwear, towels and a blanket & pillow.
The cost will be £25 per person. This includes the sound bath, the swim, full use of venue including parking, shower and toilet and choice between herbal tea or hot chocolate to take home.
