Summer Solstice Celebrations

Celebrate Summer Solstice, also known as Litha, with like-minded ladies, in a fun, friendly and social atmosphere to practice self-care, self-expression and to reconnect to our authentic selves. Summer Solstice is a time of optimism and celebration. 

During this workshop we will 

• Celebrate Summer Solstice and discover how our ancestors used this time to celebrate the importance of joy and abundance 

• An opportunity to ground yourself with a short but much needed meditation 

• Pick a guidance card and discuss how you can apply its meaning to your own current experiences 

• Create your own Summer Solstice Vision Board to celebrate yourself and your achievements as well as focusing on potential future goals and visions based on your values to encourage positive outcomes. 

• End the session with a lavender based treat and herbal tea before leaving with your own self care goody bag. 

This workshop will be held amongst the calm and beauty of nature in the threshing barn at Bere Marsh Farm, Countryside Regeneration Trust, Shillingstone. Located on the North Dorset Trailway next to The Buzz Cafe Parking is located nearby but there is a 2 minute walk up the Trailway to reach the barn. 

The cost of this session is £20 and includes all the above, plus use of outdoor toilet and parking.
